Plain Front Ladies Purse
I've been working with some new leather called Crazyweather DarkEarth, which is a vintage style leather with a dull finish. I love the look and feel of this leather. And it makes for a really nice plain fronted bag that can be worn either on its strap or from your belt on the belt loops. The simple strap closure and shape of this bag make it vintage elegant. This bag is 7" x 7.5" x 2"

Leather will last a lifetime, but it needs care and feeding to help it resist rain and harsh elements. I use Colorado Leather Balm to treat items before they are shipped. This gives waxed and oiled leathers a bit more protection and moisturizing ensuring a very long life. You should look into getting a good leather balm and treat your item very 6 months or so. Treating may darken you leather item, but sun and use will eventually lighten and add more character to this natural material.
I will provide some scrap pieces of your leather so you can test any product before you apply wholesale to your purchase.
